Hello,
I'm trying to test some strategies I'm creating but have just realised that the Livescore does not seem to be working, as none of the games show any scores-how do I fix that?
I've tried resetting the system twice via the mneu option, then uninstalling and re-installing after a reboot in between but it is still not working-what do I need to do to resolve this?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Fabrizio,
I’ve had some time to find my way around your software and I must say so far it looks promising despite the scores still not working for me, but obviously that severly restricts how useful this software will actually be to me so I'd like to get the resovled a.s.a.p. - do you have any advice about that?
I’ve now created several strategies I am ready to test, but first I wondered if you could clarify a few things as follows:
1. Is it possible to “chain” 2 or more strategies together, so that the first triggers the second, which then triggers the third one after the other etc.? If not that would be a good feature to add in future I think.
2. Strategies can refer to the runner notes to place bets – how should that be specified in the strategy ? For instance I want to back Match Outright all “runners” (or Teams as they actually are) with the words “Match Outright” in their notes (which I will add maniually). Do I just add the relevant text to search for into the "Entry Bet Condition" field aong with any other parameters?
3. Lastly bit of a newbie question - if I set a strategy to take a price of 5.0 and I want to hedge when the odds drop to 4.0, is that counted as 10 ticks? if I take odds of 1.40 and want to hedge at 1.30, is that also counted as 10 ticks? I just want to be clear before activating any strategies.
Thanks again.

Hi, I never tried to chain three strategies, theoretically, it should work. The link between 2 strategies is simply another condition added automatically to the second bet "entry condition". 2' question: you have to specify the "entry bet condition" with SQL syntax, so in your case, it will be @horse_note = 'Match Outright' if you want that the bet is placed when the note contains the keyword: @horse_note like '%Match Outright%' Regarding the difference in ticks between two odds you can read the answer to your question here www.ipposnif.com/help/ipposnif20.chm/html_06_glossary.htmBest regards!

Thanks Fabrizio that clarified a lot for me, I'm finding lots more ideas I'll hopefuly translate into working strategies.
I did have one last question-are the notes we add to runners persistent? I'm trying to find the best way to have multiple strategies run automatically against runners without having to add lots of notes to each of them, especially if they are persistent.
Using the Red + Black flags seems the easiest way but that will only allow 2 strategies to run automatically like that, so is there a way to add more flags into the system that work like the Black and Red flags rather than notes? Or is that a feature request?
Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Hi, yes, notes are persistent. If you tell me how many flags you would like to have and with which colors, I will add your request in the changes queue. Thank you, and keep enjoying Ipposnif!
