Greetings, friends. I am this error when trying to login. I have already done several checks if I am logging in or not, but I cannot log in to ipposnif. I log in normally on the betfair website, but on ipposnif give this error: the system cannot find the specified resource. I don't have two-step verification. I don't understand why this is happening. See the image: prnt.sc/sw0c6l#Edit: I looked at the security options in my account and saw the field "Access to the Automated Betting Program", and saw that it is necessary to upload an SSL certificate. I don't know how to proceed. Could this be the reason for the login error? Thank you!

Hi Luiz, the SSL certificate is required for programs that have automatic login. This is not the case of Ipposnif which requires always a manual login. Maybe you have activated the two-steps authentication? Let me know because I will open a ticket with Betfair to solve your issue.

As I told you, I'm using windowns 7 professional service pack 1 64bit. And yes, I'm using 2-step verification and putting the codes of the authenticating application in the password field. Thank you!

Hi, I found out that this error is not returned by Betfair, but it is produced during the HTTP web request instancing, a line of code before making the request. Since you told me that you have TLS1.2 active, the only explanation is that your PC has some impediments in the use of the MSXML2.XMLHTTP.6.0 component. It is an obsolete component, that has been replaced in the next version 3.0 Try to register this component again in your system: download.ipposnif.com/msxml6.zip1. unzip it to c:\Windows\SysWOW64 and overwrite the existing file 2. restart your PC I hope this helps, let me know

Hi, try to run (Windows+R) this command :
c:\Windows\SysWOW64\regsvr32.exe c:\Windows\SysWOW64\msxml6.dll
it should register the DLL in your system without errors.

Hi Luiz, as we said in our private messages, it is better to move to windows 10 because Ipposnif will not anymore support Win7.
